"Sir/Madam, I would like to make some comments on a recent home inspection that I had done on a house that I in the process of purchasing. The date of the inspection was May 25, 2009 and the inspector was Cal Yake, along with Steve. My wife and I were given a detailed, educated and thorough explanation of every single aspect of the house, from outside to inside, top to bottom. Cal and Steve made sure that they looked in every nook and ever cranny and give us their professional opinion. Even my agent commented on how indepth the inspectors were being.
